Welcome to S31 Production. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment.

• Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance is required to confirm the booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day, as agreed.

• Any additional services requested during the event will be charged separately.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• If the event is postponed, the booking may be adjusted based on availability.

4. Event Timings

• Services will be provided for the duration agreed in the booking.

• Extra hours will be charged as per the standard hourly rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide proper space, electricity, and permissions required for the performance.

• Any damage caused to equipment due to negligence or mismanagement will be charged to the client.

6. Technical Requirements

• S31 Production will provide sound, DJ, and performance setup as per the package.

• Any additional requirements must be discussed and approved in advance.

7. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Media & Promotion

• S31 Production reserves the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage occurring during the event.
